You Know They Shine For You

You Know They Shine For You

"All the stars that shine above my head. You know they shine for you." - Princess Chelsea, All The Stars

Continuing my trend of quoting song lyrics by Princess Chelsea. I had the most magical and healing of all weekends.

I went to the Shell Grotto in Margate.

Dozens of pictures are due to follow. But for now just have one of Princess Chelsea.

A woman stares down sadly on a backdrop of a sky full of stars and a sunset. Album artwork for "Princess Chelsea - The Great Cybernetic Depression".

An Example of AI in Renewable Energy

Energy data has often confused "investors and developers" in the field of renewable energy. However image recognition - an early form of AI - can "play a huge role in validating open-access data." What it seems to be saying here is that AI can help us by validating whether or not open-access data is indeed correct. Basically put, there are huge amounts of data available in the renewable energy and industry, openly and freely.

However it is basically about validating how accurate these data are.

AI Scanning for Images

For example, take a wind turbine. AI can be trained to recognise "what a wind turbine looks like." It can then take data related to wind turbines and coordinates.

Then basically, it can scan through loads of wind-turbine related co-ordinates, and identify which ones really do have wind turbines there. Based on AI-driven image-recognition identification.

"AI can then be used in cost prediction."

more on this tomorrow
