MY INSPIRATION NEVER STOPS: You’ll find me at the wind farms
MY INSPIRATION NEVER STOPS: You’ll find me at the wind farms
I can look around Brighton and see all the spots where I have had seizures.
But I can look at Brighton and I can also see the wind farms.
And I think that that’s my turning point. Because what we focus on we become more of. And sometimes if something’s been our identity for a really long time then we become trapped in it. I don’t want to look around Brighton and see all the spots where I have lain on the floor publicly and either had people panic or not believe me.
I want to look out at the sea and see the wind farms. For that is who I truly am.
I want to look out at the sea and see the wind farms. I want to see my love.
I am the wind farms. I am the love that I feel when I see the wind farms.
I am universal, conscious love. And really I am just that. And so are you. I love the wind farms so much.
And in my love, I find my healing. And in my love, I find who I really am.
Love
My meditation teacher once said that “Money is love. You earn it by doing what you love. And you spend it on what you love.”
I want to increase my love for what I do.
And so I know that to do that I need to go deeper into Python
I know that the only way to increase my love for my job will be by going deeper into Python
Thank you 🤩
One of my last photos of the Shanklin Chine on the Isle of Wight that I haven’t used yet. I keep on finding them and I am so happy. |
This is the most healing place on earth. Btw my laptop is not coming on holiday but the blog posts will still flow. MY INSPIRATION NEVER STOPS.
AND IN MY LOVE FOR THE WIND FARMS, I FIND MYSELF. AND IN MY LOVE FOR THE PYLONS, AND THE PHONE MASTS, AND THE INTERNET TOWERS, AND THE WATER INFRASTRUCTURE, AND THE NICE NICE CLEAN CLEAN CODE. 🏞️
I just gave a Python talk
Oh yeah. It was good. An aspiring developer asked me for tips after that. Specifically they wanted tips for a Django tutorial. I gave them two - the polls app with an amazing YouTube accompanying video series. And the Django Girls project. The latter was what my mentor assigned me to do to practice ORMs and it was so amazing. I love Django so much.
Speaking to the young developer, I realised how much my knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript and the DOM had all helped me with my Django knowledge and uptake. I have never seen it like this before.
How amazing, how wonderful, how beautiful. I am so privileged that all of my previous work has come back to help me and to serve me at this time.
