I have found a side quest that even Alan Turing would be proud of, I think. While trying to write a blog post about water resource management I discovered that ai in water irrigation

IS A THING.

So now I want to know everything about it - this is a path that I feel I need to go down please - thanks

Because smart irrigation is EVERYTHING. 

It makes a difference to the crops. 

It makes a difference to all humanity. It makes a difference to even the foods that we eat. And without smart irrigation - we will not have enough food. There simply will not be enough food to provide us

Okay so starting this article.

AI-based smart irrigation systems are crucial for when farmers need to yield more food than ever, while also performing the essential task of conserving as much water as possible. 

More water than ever before.

And so: 

Smart irrigation systems are advanced technology systems that help you to “monitor and optimise yield.” You can upgrade an existing irrigation system into a smart irrigation system.

Smart Irrigation Systems

Smart irrigation systems: they help to track, analyse and automate water consumption.

This can help to raise alerts, detect leaks, and reduce waste.

Traditional irrigation methods can lead to inefficient water usage. Smart water technology is crucial for addressing climate change and population growth. Smart irrigation saves water, makes things cheaper, reduces work, and is better for the planet and for the health of the soil. So now let’s talk about what AI can do in these smart irrigation systems…

Where To Hide A Star I haven’t read this book but I just saw this title of a forthcoming children’s book on the train and so I wanted to write a blog post based off of this as well. The last six months have been… rewarding and fulfilling. In the Water, I find Fire Who am I without renewable energy? I had to ask myself this question last year when my company laid off half its employees.  I didn’t know who I was anymore. Not without renewable energy. But I did everything I could to stay in it. The time in between jobs allowed me to experiment. Travel around the UK a bit. Reconnect with old hobbies. Rediscover my femininity a bit - be someone who wasn’t always working. But I fought to stay in renewable energy. A part of myself has been telling myself that I am in renewable energy still and that’s great because I am. But I am mostly in water. And that was hard for me to accept that.
