Return To Work: Some new resolutions

On Tuesday I am going back to work. I can’t wait. I’m really excited. I can’t wait to start building some AI again. AI has really missed me - and I have really, really missed AI. But I have some new resolutions.
  1. I will hydrate. I have been drinking a litre of lemon water every day first thing and even drinking two or three. This is the aim.
  2. I will finish on time. I will be out of there. 5, 5.30. I will remember that I am playing the long game. I will remember that I am running a long long marathon and that I need to be able to sustain over time.
  3. I will keep my room tidy. Yes, really. I am still mid declutter. But I have done a lot. Only a few more categories to go. When it’s all done and the stuff in the kitchen is done too then
  4. I will keep my room tidy. I will really try to keep it clean.
  5. With fewer possessions it should be easier to dust, hoover and wipe surfaces more often
  6. I am getting an oil diffuser - and some oils especially ones for lung health - mint, lemongrass, tea tree and others
  7. I will stick to my raw foods lifestyle. My ideal breakfast is fruit or fruit juice, probably fruit juice, or maybe a smoothie. I will stick to mono meals of fruit for lunch unless I’m in London. Things like grapes. Oranges. Mangoes. Bananas. Peaches. Nectarines. Bananas. Persimmons especially. Figs. Play it by ear. Take it day by day. Dinner is meant to be some fruit and then a large rainbow salad with a nice dressing.
  8. I will take supplements if I can.
  9. I will continue dancing. I will try and keep it a bit closer to home. I was running about a bit for dance classes. A bit too much.
  10. I will ground and gather my energy. Anyone who has ever seen me in London will understand this. I will stay grounded in my feet. I will stay rooted. I will know that it’s okay not to talk to everyone. I will know that it’s okay to set boundaries. I often wait for other people to decide what’s okay for me. No more. I decide what’s okay for myself from now on.

I got new rules I count ‘em.
